Our patients often express their gratitude with a card or a note. We’ve received two of these in recent weeks and both are worth highlighting in today’s blog. We’ve already shared both on our Facebook page (https://business.facebook.com/drvaldaniyar/) and now on my blog.
The first is from a new patient. She had an issue with a front tooth and I came in to see her on a Saturday. Her card is just beautiful and the office also enjoyed cookies she left. Here’s her letter to me:
“Dear Doctor Daniyar,
I just have to thank you again for your kindness to me on Saturday. The missing tooth was a real embarrassment & I truly needed help.
You went above & beyond and I am touched and grateful. You have no idea how much I appreciate (you) coming in to see me – a Stranger!
I will be telling everyone I know about this experience & your unbelievable kindness to me.
Beyond Grateful & God Bless You
Maria”
The second is from a longtime patient and refers to us keeping in touch with her and her husband through a recent challenge in their lives. We know our patients are more than just people who come to us for dental treatment; they are people we get to know and care deeply about.
Here’s the second letter:
“Dear Dr. Daniyar, We sure are grateful and thank you for your kind understanding, and to receive your fine card and encouraging message was very much appreciated and meant a lot to us coming from you. Along with being a great, great dentist, you are a fine compassionate human being with great integrity. We are blessed that you are our dentist and friend. God bless you and your fine family. Sincerely, Frances & Mike … P.S. Marcus is fine young man and a wonderful assistant. I thank him for sharing his umbrella. :)”
For both families, I like saying back, “THANK YOU.” Both cards are much, much appreciated.
