We don’t like brag, but we do receive some nice cards and very special comments from our patients. I thought I’d take today’s blog entry to share a few of them with you.
First up is a card from “P” (I’ll just use the initial of the patient’s first name). “P” is at a very challenging point in her life and the time she took to write to us makes her note very, very special indeed. “P” thanked us for my work during her recent appointment and the most special comment was at the end when she wrote, “See you soon.” Thanks, “P.”
Another patient wrote to thank us for our condolences about the death of her father. Both “K” and her father, “R,” came to see me and the family is very valued by my practice. “K” wrote: “Dad and I both felt very lucky to find such a nice group of people and great dental service.” Well, “K,” we are fortune to have you as a patient and enjoyed having your father in our practice, too.
We also get nice comments online. We are on Facebook and would enjoy it if you would “like” us there – you can also see our Rate a Biz reviews on Facebook. Finally, you can leave comments on Google if you have a Gmail or Google+ account (click here to leave a Google review).
Here are examples of comments from our patients posted on Yelp.com:
“My family and I have been with Dr. Daniyar for over 5 years now,one of the things I like about Dr. Daniyar and his staff is that here you are not just a number you are treated like family, the do amazing work my kids always hated the dentist, but since we have been coming here they truly love it, great work excellent service ,I truly recommend it… Always leave with a smile … Thank you Dr. Daniyar for giving me my smile back …” – this is from “X” (yes, that is the first letter of her name)
“I had an emergency and I looked online. Dr. Daniyar and his staff were very efficient of getting me in and taking care of my problem. Dr. Daniyar’s honest opinion helped guide me down the right path. Dr. Daniyar is skilled, knowledgeable and painless. Now I know where to go if I have a problem.” this is from “S.”
Well, to wind up this week’s blog, I just like to write “Thank You!” to all our patients.
